BREAKING NEWS:the well bandied question of the origins of the bull breed genre of dog in particular the staffordshire lines ,may at last be answered,during recent excavations at a site near dudley fossil remains have been unearthed believed to be 63 million years old,the artifacts under scutiny matched with contempory breeds and suggest that the original animal would have been 64 inches tts with an estimated weight of around half a ton,experts in canine evolution at the victoria and albert museum have named it as bullasmaxa saurus,similar remains from the smithsonian institute in the usa are thought to be of the same and arrived via a land bridge that existed pre ice age,tony robinson of time team fame stated this is a break through that we have been hoping for, for sometime now,the darwin works, will now have to be re written......there will be an exibition at the victoria and albert july 1st to the 9th this year..............sounds like its worth a visit,what do you think?

this would be the big question terry,but bear in mind that the dog in the article would predate the dda by 63 million years.....thanks for your input to this crucial issue,there will be more startling evidence soon ....watch this space ,be lucky,old git
